The whole process starts by us making sure that we understand your business organisation and what you want your apprenticeship scheme to achieve. Our L&D Advisory service is the place to begin. Once we’ve understood what you are looking for we start to piece together a recruitment plan: vacancy marketing; candidate attraction; managing the applications process; skills screening and shortlisting.
The London Apprenticeship Company jobs boards are some of the best used in London and attract around 250 applicants per week. We will also use other professional recruitment websites to ensure we find the best for your business.
We can source, skills match and recruit apprentices to fill your existing or future job vacancies. We’ve attracted more than 6,000 candidates.

Good apprenticeships are sought after. People know that if they get an apprenticeship in the right company they’ll have a great career in front of them. And the demand from young people in particular is growing. So our team will advise you on how you can structure your job vacancy, the salary and the progression opportunities on completion to make sure you attract the candidates you want.
Marketing your Apprenticeships
We can recruit any number of apprentices. We’ve worked with employers who wanted to recruit groups of 30-40 apprentices four times a year and others who look for individuals. We work with you to make sure that we recruit to your specifications.
