Our Sales and Customer Service apprenticeships are used by a broad range of employers in several sectors: from fashion retail, manufacturing, insurance and banking, the public sector, and engineering – in fact in any organisation that is either selling goods or services or has an aftersales department.

Our Sales Executive Level 4 programme is perfect for; any sales driven business, learners ready to develop and achieve the best results and for competitive financial awards.

Our Customer Service programmes at Level 2 and 3 provide the knowledge and skills required to deliver the very best customer service. Whether your customer service team work with customers face to face or over the phone with either internal or external stakeholders these courses ensure they are always delivering the best.

All of our Customer Service and Sales programmes can be delivered as live – virtual sessions, face to face or a combination of the two.

We can tailor the content to reflect your business by taking the time upfront to understand your culture, your people and what it is you want to achieve.

All of our courses use a blend of masterclasses, technical workshops, theatre based learning and are further supported by skills coaching.
