Strategic leadership
In this workshop we will develop the necessary competencies required to become a strategic leader, enabling you to respond effectively to complex organisational challenges. This workshop has a part 1 and part 2.
Communicating with confidence
In this theatre-based workshop, you have the opportunity to understand and put into practice the skills required to effectively communicate with teams, this includes giving feedback
and presenting. The workshop will cover interpersonal skills, communicating in different forms (verbal, written, non-verbal and digital), how to manage meetings (there will be theory and practice of this), understanding the impact of and how to demonstrate active listening and how to engage different audience types.
Change and risk management
In this workshop we will focus on how to initiate and manage change covering the key elements of effective change management communication. We will look at change management models and evaluate their relevance to individual context. We explore how to identify barriers and ways to overcome these. We will also focus on your role as change agents in the context of the sustainability agenda, including the connections to strategy, marketing and organisational resilience.
Data driven decision making
In this workshop we will build on theoretical frameworks for decision making in conditions of rapid change and uncertainty with practical exercises, focusing on key concepts such as principal-agent dynamics, imperfect information, and the challenges of noisy and lagged communication. You will engage in interactive simulations that test and refine your decision-making skills in real-time, unpredictable scenarios. This workshop is an essential experience for leaders aiming to excel in today’s fast-paced, multifaceted business environment.
Financial governance
In this workshop you will draw on financial and non-financial information to challenge strategic decisions, inform resource allocation and oversee the development of organisational budgets.
Inspirational Influencing
In this theatre based workshop, we’ll build on the communication skills covered previously to explore how to use these to negotiate and influence effectively and build positive relationships with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Organisational coaching & mentoring techniques
This final workshop draws upon previous sessions to evaluate the role of coaching and mentoring within organisations. Through the differing lenses of self, team, organisation and whole systems, learners will examine the potential of coaching & mentoring and how culture, values and belief impact leadership and development.
