Skills Coaching
Each of your apprentices is guided and mentored through the whole programme by their Skills Coach. Find out more about how this works.
End Point Assessment (EPA)
This programme is continually assessed by our Tutors and Skills Coaches throughout. The final End Point Assessment (EPA) requires candidates to give a presentation to an assessment panel and answer questions on their work.

Workshops
Business Fundamentals Part 1
This workshop focuses on the activities a business analyst performs. You will establish the role of a business analyst and how working with key stakeholders will improve business systems.
Business Fundamental Part 1
This workshop follows on from part 1 and focuses on the methodologies, technology and industry trends used across the sector.
Business fundamentals part 3
This workshop follows on from part 1 and 2 and focuses on legislation and industry standards. You will explore these key standards and how they are implemented into organisations.
Investigation techniques - Theatre Based Learning
This workshop focuses on the range of investigate techniques including internal and external environmental analysis. You will focus on the advantages and disadvantages of the techniques being used.
Stakeholder analysis and management
This workshop focuses on engaging with internal and external stakeholders. You will explore techniques to support how to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
Business communication- Theatre based Learning
This workshop focuses on communicating effectively in a range of situations with different stakeholders. You will learn techniques to suit both internal and external stakeholders in building positive relationships.
Business process modelling and gap analysis
This workshop focuses on the importance of process modelling from an organisational view. You will explore different approaches to business processes including the purpose and activities of a gap analysis.
Business acceptance
This workshop focuses on the role a business analyst facilitates business change and acceptance. You will work through phases of testing those changes.
Requirements engineering and management
This workshop focuses on techniques to elicit requirements and the importance of those requirements. You will explore how to prioritise those requirements and how they support requirement engineering.
Data modelling
This workshop focuses on user experience, accessibility and useability in the design of digital solutions. You will also explore the value of data within an organisation and how data needs are considered in business improvement.
Business impact assessment
This workshop focuses on the purpose and importance of business change and the concepts of benefits
realisation and management . you will gain insight into cost/benefit analysis for business change.
Using AI for business
This workshop focuses on using basic fundamentals of using AI within business systems and functions to the potential of the organisation.
