Martin Austin

Actor and Facilitator

Martin trained as an actor over 20 years ago, with a focus on drama-based learning for the last 15 years. Martin is also trained as a mental health first aider and Animas trained coach, he has a diploma in acting and is a certified coach. Through out his career Martin has worked as a one-to-one coach in a multitude of sectors, largely within actor and role-player positions, yet martin does also have experience as a session facilitator and consultant too. Martin has worked with countless clients throughout his career, ranging from TFL, to HSBC and Nestle to name a few.

Within the apprenticeship college Martin is a key player within our theatre-based learning session as well as co-hosting numerous other sessions. Our delegates have described martin as “a great addition” to their workshops, who “introduced some fun activities to keep us alert and engaged which really helped!”.

Outside of work Martin prides himself on being a dad to 2 wonderful boys, as well as being a dedicated Spurs fan and cricket enthusiast.
