Kizzy Is a qualified executive Coach and Group Facilitator who has been training for over 30 years! Kizzy has regular supervision and is a member of a trainer networking group. One top of this she consumes additional podcasts, reading and TED talks relevant to her field. Kizzy’s personal development does not end there, she has numerous certifications affiliated with her expertise, most recently she has undertaken, (2021) ACE Coach Accelerator Enhanced Practitioner (WBECS), (2021) Emotional Management Coach (Centre for Body Language) and (2020) Voiceprint Accredited Practitioner 2020. Kizzy has worked with a large array of clients throughout her career ranging from Royal Borough of Kensington Council to Arriva.

Here at the apprenticeship college Kizzy plays an integral role in delivering many of our leadership workshops, such as ‘Problem Solving & Decision Making’, ‘Information Based Decision Making’ and ‘Project Management’. Following on from sessions delegates have said Kizzy’s “enthusiasm was infectious” and “clearly very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about the topic”

When she is not hard at work delivering excellent training, Kizzy is ‘living the good life’ down in somerset overlooking Mendip Hills. Where she keeps chickens, pigs, and has cider orchards which are mown naturally by her friends’ sheep!
