Trainer

has been working as a trainer within organisations since 1990, with a specific focus on commercial training for the last 9 years. Chris has a wide range of revenant industry experience ranging from Banking (Branch and Head office) to HR Insurance and Employee Relations. Chris also has an advance Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring and Oxford Brookes University, along side a large resume of other coaching qualifications. Chris draws from his experience and qualifications to deliver the best level of training, as well as regularly attending conference events and various networks to keep his thinking fresh.

Chris is one of our Leadership Masterclass trainers for both level 3 and 5 programmes, for which he has a 5-star rating on his knowledge. Following on from Masterclass sessions with Chris delegates have given feedback such as “The lesson was very well organized with explanations, examples, personal experience and interaction with others.”

Away from work Chris enjoys listening to the Blues and playing on his guitar, he also enjoys Golf and occasionally preaches at Church of England services. Chris believes people deserve to be in environments where they can thrive and be the best they can be. He believes in community!
